Statutory Warranty

Legal Guarantee at GreenFuchs
For all orders placed by consumers, the statutory warranty rights apply.
The statutory warranty covers defects that were already present when the goods were handed over, or whose cause already existed at that time. The statutory warranty period for new goods is generally two years from the date of handover.
If a corresponding defect appears within the warranty period, the legally provided claims exist. Generally, remedial action is first taken by repair or replacement delivery. Further rights are governed by the respective applicable legal provisions.
Normal wear and tear, improper use, assembly errors, overload, accident or external influences, and unauthorized modifications to the product generally do not constitute a material defect.
Please check the goods as soon as possible after receipt. If a product is damaged or has a defect, please contact us with your order number, a brief description of the fault, and meaningful images if possible. This allows us to review the process more quickly and offer a suitable solution.
The statutory warranty is to be distinguished from a voluntary guarantee. A guarantee only exists if it is expressly offered for the respective product and its scope is described separately. The statutory warranty rights are not restricted by such a guarantee.
The information on this page serves as a general explanation and does not establish additional rights or voluntary performance promises beyond the legal requirements.
